I just ran into this site so I pass it along. I can’t get CS3 to install so I have no idea, so don’t quote me on this one.

No it does not contain spyware. Bonjour is an Apple product. I wish people and web sites would take a second and do a Google search before running their mouths off about stuff they apparently don’t know anything about.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonjour_(software)

Bonjour is intended for use on local area networks, Bonjour uses multicast Domain Name System service records to locate devices such as printers, as well as other computers, and the services that those devices offer.

If you want to know more take a look at the link above. It was for sometime available only for the Mac. Now there is also a Windows version.

People need to stop being so anal about things from major software companies. The fact is most programs today communicate over the internet or use network connections at some point or another. Companies like Adobe are not going to risk everything by including spyware or viruses in their software. They have way more to loose than they could ever gain. Microsoft maybe the one exception. I don’t trust anything they do.
