Hey All

My Photoshop 7.0 will not load for some reason. Worked just fine before lunch and now it will only go through the entire splash screen and then close automatically. Any ideas?

My version of 6.0 still works fine along with my other Adobe products.

I have searched the forums but have not found a remedy. Any input that you may be able to provide would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Harry

Trash your prefs. Details in the FAQs.

Something in one of your preference files is most likely either corrupt or it is set outside of a paramater that your enviroment supports.

Either that, or you didn’t buy it and you did an update and it quit working. NOT saying that you did that, but I tried helping a guy once and that is what it turned out to be and I was pretty irked because I had posted over 5 times trying to help this guy.

Let us know if, as Robert says, "Trashing your prefs" fixes your problem.

Robert and DrJohn —

Robert hit it right on the head – I reloaded the preferences (holding ALT+CNTRL+SHFT on startup) and restarted – works just fine

DrJohn – This is a legitimate license 🙂 I appreciate your help.

Have a good one guys,

Harry
