A search on the web, and here, show this is a common problem- unfortunately I’ve been unable to resolve it, so I need to ask your help.
Using Photoshop 7.0 and Win XP Home-and, a newbie.
I have been unable to open ai files – getting the ‘unable to open file.. cannot parse’. I’ve looked to see which modules are installed- there are plenty- but nothing that appears to be ai related. Even so, I’ve yet to figure out how to add one anyway..
The ai files I refer to were created on AI 10, saved as AI 7 – on a mac.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
