I get several errors when I save files. The most common is can’t save because that document is currently open. Duhhh. I even try save as changing the name and file type and that will not work all the time.

#2 Is when saving files to a CD for backup it appears to write them fine but when trying to open I get Could Not open …because jpeg marger segment length is too short (file may be truncated or incomplete) I use Roxio CD creator / Create Data files to burn these

Are there solutions to these problems.

for the second one, save to the drive first then copy to cd. don’t save directly to cd. that’s asking for trouble.

actually I am saving to the drive then doing the "add"viles from whatever folder the file is stored in

Yes, kudos for Nero. It is the only quality sw that I know of (O.K., O.K., don’t know that many) that keeps offering regular monthly updates for my two years old v5, the latest one being v5.5.10.42. For a demo visit
