Hi Would anyone know what sort of technique and/or filter I may use on human subjects, that keeps the facial skin toned down yet keep the fine areas like the eyebrows, lips, eyes, hair sharp?

Here is an example of the end result that I am looking for…
I would really appreciate your help

that looks more like the "before" photo?

dup layer
gaussian blur
use mask to bring back focused areas like eyes lips etc
or
selection on skin color or alt ctrl tilde to d select highlights use slight blur or curves……..
by hand use cloner to remove freckels clean hairliine

recommend removing some of the yellow/red tone of the skin

Hire a good makeup artist and use good lighting. It’s easier to get top-notch results if you start with a photograph that’s good to begin with.

This image isn’t all that great–skin blemishes, too yellow overall–but it’s not bad.

Hi.

This photo is an example of what she wants to achieve, so it is very unlikely that it is her own work. If she knows the author well enough to get permission to use the image, she could also have found out how it was done.

The technique is well documented on many sites, so not only is she a copyright infringer , but also a lazy bitch, and does not deserve any assistance.
