lighting effects preset question

Hi,
I accidently deleted one of the lighting effects presets from the menu. Is there a way to retrieve it? (PS CS2)..can’t seem to see them in the preset folder.

edit: OK..I found the folder that contains the presets…minus the one I deleted! Can I get it back?

edit: OK..I found the folder that contains the presets…minus the one I deleted! Can I get it back?
did you check the recycle bin?
