Hey there,
I won’t be posting here in this manner anymore, since I realise this is more a forum for the answering of specific requests than the offering of resources, so I’m just writing to let you know how you can stay in touch if you want.
My site, http://www.easyelements.com offers tips and tutorials about Photoshop and Photoshop Elements, as well as free material such as brushes and utilities.
For example, I’ve just uploaded my third free brush set. In addition to my Star and Heart brush sets, you can now download a Music Brush Set, which has over 70 brushes in it. The download links for these brush sets, as well as information on installation, creation, compatibility and use of brushes can all be found on my main brush page here:

There’s also a massive download guide, which I spent several hours compiling, that lists the best and brightest brush sites out there, and cuts out all the rubbish to save you wading through it. I hope those are of use!
