Can you be more specific about pictures. I grabbed the motage of 2 pics from the home page of nba.com with no prob. Does that one work OK for you? If so, please specify the URL of one that doesn’t work.

Indicates a corrupted d/load. It will probably open in Windows paint or Imaging without problems. Re-save from there and it should open in Photoshop
