I have been using PSP for quite some time, and using that program it is quite simple to add a frame to photos that I have taken. I am 75, and our grandchildren knowing how I like to play with my computer, recently bought me PS CS. I feel comfortable with the changeover; however, for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to add a frame to my new photos. Can someone, in the most simplistic manner possible, tell me how I go about doing this in PS CS? Thanks, and GOD Bless,
