How do you make the tools outline brighter for low vision person?

Hello: I would like to make my tools brighter or a different color since I choose a tool like paint brush and the thing you see on the screen that acts like the brush is not very bright since I suffer from low vision. I guess you could call it the pointer thing. Any help would be great.

One work-around that people use is to press the spacebar to toggle the pan tool (makes it into the white hand); it’s easy to see, and it only switches temporarily.

Thank you for the help. I will use that until I hear of a better way to color my tool.

or the control key, which produces a black arrow with white outline (the move tool) also temporary until you release the key…
