I have forgotten how I setup my current copy of PhotoShop so that when I do a "Fit on Screen" (Ctrl-0 PC), it expands to fill the screen without scroll bars.

On my new computer, the window containing the image does not fill the available space, but does enlarge with scroll bars.

Something so obvious that I cannot see it (or remember).
