Actions palette> select sepia action>press PLAY
OR adjustment layer on Hue/Saturation palette, move center slider to left, or use colorize and move top slider, chose what looks good to your eye.

Once you have an acceptable B&W image, try going to Layer/Adjustment/Color Balance. Try Cyan/Red slider +30, Magenta/Green slider +30, and Yellow/Blue slider -20. Play with the sliders to get the effect you like. Good Luck,
