When I take an image into Imageready to optimize for the web it never looks nearly as good in imageready as it does in PS. The image tone is off and looks weak. It doesnt matter what level of quality I use in the adjustments either. Shouldnt the image import into Imageready the same as it is in PS and stay pretty much the same after optimizing? Can someone give me some ideas?

Convert your file to sRGB before switching to Imageready.

That should do the job.
