I need to resize a large number of images to 800×533 (from 3072×1028) and approx 533×800 for the vertical images using CS; can this be done? I have approx 2K images that I want to resize .

Record an action with File>Automate>Fit Image 800×800, then use File>Automate>Batch to batch your file folder.

Colin,

Should have been 3072×2048. Thanks for the replies-

Could he make one of the droplets in ImageReady with the conditional statements…"Rotates large image counter-clockwise IF the image is wider than it is tall. Resizes the image to 533 pixels width."

I am referring to the article by Michael Ninness in "Design Graphics 105" magazine, that he recently wrote called: "Droplets on Steroids….Photoshop CS v ImageReady CS Droplet Differences" p. 72
