Is there anyway to crop to a specific ratio–regardless of the physical or pixel size of the image?

Such as .85 width to height ratio?

Thanks all

Duoogh!

Never mind. Found it.
Rectangular Marquee tool-Fixed Aspect Ratio drop down in the Options bar.

I knew it was there somewhere.

there is a nice set of marquee and crop presets available from Adobe Exchange (free download) it has all the most popular photo paper sizes (4×5, 5×7,8×10 etc) there is also the option in the crop tool to use a preferred resolution or not.
