I recently connected a 20" monitor to my computer (to test it) and ran it at a resolution of 1600×1200

After reconnecting my old monitor that runs on 1024×768 (I have no way to increase it, because it wont let me) and I no longer have access to a 20" the other monitor.

Here is the problem my Hue/Saturation (CTRL+U) control box is GONE. Its off the screen someplace and I have no way of moving it back to the center. I have tried reinstalling Photoshop several ways, but the menu is always hidden from view.

Does any one know a way to reset it back to a normal position?

Thank you.

Window/WorkSpace/Reset Palette Locations usually does it.

If not, delete prefs

Oops, tested, doesn’t.
Use flyout from any tool option at top: reset all tools.

that worked.

Well, poo…
It worked once, then not again…

You might have to delete prefs:

if you can’t get at the box at max res, and cant get a bigger monitor hooked up, you’ll have to reset your prefs, per the faq.
