just lately I have been unable to download anything from:
http://www.actionxchange.com/
When I click download I get taken to a page to login. I enter my login name and password and click "log in". That is as far as I get. The user name stays in the box and the password disappears.
I know that the combination is OK. I think I am having a trouble with zone alarm security suite 5.5 and/ or spysweeper 4
I wonder if any of you lot out there have the same zone alarm spysweeper combination and whether you have any problems downloading from http://www.actionxchange.com/ or you have no problems what so ever.
FYI: I have tried other secure login sites like my bank and there was no problems what so ever logging in.
If anyone could help or give me a pointer it would be great.
