well, i will start by using google…and see if i can come up with a step by step tutorial.

unlikely it was a polaroid transfer. they are rarely used commercially. the image was manipulated either in photoshop, or with a filter from someplace like autofx (autofx.com) , and the border was applied the same way.

Use Extensis PhotoFrames.

unfortunately the demo version does not include any of the frames. would be nice to try it out properly first.
