maybe I’m going mad but I would swear that this has only happenend since using ps8:
I occasionally come across a vector layer, that will not move with the move tool. It has to be moved with the path selection tool. Free transform will not work when the move or selection tools are "on", again it will only work when the path selection too is used.
If the layer is linked to a free transform will not affect it – even if that layer is the one that is highlighted.
Similarly if it is linked to other layers, and is highlighted using the move tool will move the other layers.
This freaked me out when it started happening – like driving a car and suddenly discovering that the middle pedal is the clutch.
Has anyone else experienced this?
