Photoshop benchmarks

There is always a lot of talk about PS performance and a lot of people are interested in optimizing their systems for best speed. It seems likely that someone has put together a benchmark – a large image and a defined series of complex actions – and compiled some stats on how long it takes to complete on various systems/configurations. This would be very useful to let people determine that their system is running OK or needs work. Any pointers?
