Animations in Image Ready

I’ve managed it once, but can’t seem to do it again. I have a PSD file, with multiple layers of course, and when I "Save Optimized As" then view in my web browser it is static. No animation.

Can anyone jog my memory as to how to save a PSD as an animated Gif ?

Open the animation palette. LAYERS represent CONTENT. FRAMES determine which content is visible.

Finally, save optimized as GIF
