Cannot save my file please help

Please help !
i have worked on a poster in photoshop and i cannot save at this moment it says program error
is there any way to save my file at this moment ?
what about the temp file in use,where is it ?
if anyone can help me its appriciated

TRY "save as"
OR CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU SELECTED AN APPROPRIATE format in the drop down list of file types. Some layered docs will not save until flattened.

im totally stuck here,cannot do a flat or save as just totally stuck i know photoshop has a temp file but i cannot find it,anyone know ?

Photoshop’s temp file will not help you; it does not contain a complete version of your file. Adobe programmer Chris Cox has stated repeatedly that not even Adobe can recover information from a Photoshop temp file.

We might be able to help you if you tell us more.

What kind of computer are you using? Mac? PC?

What operating system are you using?

How much RAM and how much hard drive space do you have?

How big is your image?

How are you trying to save it?

What is the exact, word-for-word error message you see?

Sounds corrupted. Can you drag the layers to a new document and save that?

I doubt the temp file would do you any good.
