color profile wrong, artwork all messed up! Help!

Hello,

I created some art work under some strange color profile in PS cs. Can I somehow convert the document to the correct profile without the colors getting all messed up…..ug!

Colors shouldn’t get all messed up if you use "Convert to Profile".
