AFAIK, that is not a plug-in that ships with PS. It has probably become corrupted. Move it out of the plug-ins folder and reinstall it.

Do I delete this file? Will it reinstall when photoshop loads? I don’t know what this file is.

Artphotog,

Just rename it to stylizer.8BF.old to stop the warning.

No it won’t "re-load" – it’s a 3rd party filter, not something that ships with Photoshop, and the only way you will get it back is to re-install it from whatever package it came with

This file is not on my drive for any version of PS (5.5, 6, or 7). I can only assume you, at one point downloaded a plug-in, and installed it. Thus, re-installing photoshop will NOT repair/replace the file since I don’t believe it is from Adobe’s standard ship of Photoshop.

If you don’t know what plug-in it is, just move it out of the directory to a temporary safe location.

A google search for stylizer.8bf yeilded nothing, but a search for "stylizer photoshop plug" yeilded references to Nik Multimedia’s ColorFX Pro plug-ins:
