I just loaded Photoshop 7, and I would like to know if anybody may have an ebook, or a suggestion of books to use to learn how to do simple stuff with photoshop 7, like re-size photos

Read the manual which may have come with it or use the help files

If all you are doing is simple stuff like resizing, use a freeware program like Irfanview. Why use a sledgehammer to crack a peanut (particularly a’cracked’ hammer).

Most posters would assume that was self evident, and didn’t require suggesting! I think suggesting a more appropriate piece of software is probably the most useful suggestion you could get.
