Can’t find: How to print in B+W in PS 7.0, Mac OS 10.3

There is probably an obvious answer to this that I can¹t find, but how do you print in black + white in PhotoShop 7.0 and Mac OS 10.3?

When I choose PRINT from the File Menu, a series of dialog boxes open, but none give the B+W option. Where is it?
