It’d probably a scratch file that wasn’t deleted when Photoshop stopped. Did Photoshop perhaps crash one day?

yes i think when i did place the velvia vision plugin i got a crash with photoshop, the first time i got a crash in a long time, i may take it out,
anyway i can delete that file right?

Yes, just make sure Photoshop isn’t running when you do.
