Enlarging Pictures?

I am new to this and was wondering how I enlarge photos I receive view email.
I get them into Photoshop 7 but when I priont them there small, some as small as an inch.

How do I enlarge them to 8 by 10 when printing them?

Changing the size is done through the Image Size option. However, most images that are small enough to be sent through email without taking forever to receive are not big enough to be enlarged to 8×10.

In short most email attachments don’t have enough pixels for successful enlargement.
