Printing Matte Heavy Color Photos to Epson 925

Does anyone know how to set the preferences to get a matte color photo to print out to Epson 925. I’ve set the Edit/Color Settings to for Heavy Matte. My photo turned out quite yellow even though on the screen it looked OK. What do I set to? Also – on the print options?
