Installed Tryout, upgraded to full – Notes still shows ‘Tryout user’?

Anyone else have the problem of installing the tryout version, then buying the full version, and finding the Notes heading still says ‘Tryout User’? I un-installed the tryout before installing the full version.
I can’t seem to edit any preferences for the notes either, and I cant change the title. Does anyone know how to fix this?
