Hi,

Can’t get though to UK support number – grrr.

My 7.0.1 [Win XP] just lost the ability to peview .jpg in File Browser. Others preview OK.

Happened once before and Support told me what to delete – can’t find the piece of paper I wrote it on.

Anybody help?

Thanks

you can try to purge cache from the context menu in the file browser (the little right facing arrow)… is this what you’re looking for?

Nope.

It thinks all files with extension .jpg were created using BoxTop ProJPEG 5.1.

And the icon is the .jpeg PhotoShop icon.

Support told me to delete everything on the hard disk with a specific dot extension, but I don’t know what it was…

Thanks
