I have just changed to a new computer with Microsoft SP2. After installing Photoshop CS, and opening a file, whenever I go to use a tool I get the alert: "Can’t complete your task, Program Error" and the program freezes. Re-installing doesn’t help.

Anyone solved a similar problem?
