I saw a thread somewhere else recently about this, but was wondering the same myself…just how much better is the Athlon64 3000+ at PS 7 processing compared to doing the same work on an Athlon 2200+?
30% overall increase? 60%?
I’m wanting to upgrade my own computer, but would like to know just what I’d get for the money it would take (even it’s only a little bit) to go from 2200+ to Athlon64 3000+?
