Creating an Empty box around text for DVD

I am trying to create a box that will highlight a text button in Encore DVD. I have searched and saw a rectangle box but that did not work. My entry or highlight entry layer is (=2)

On a new layer you could:
* Use the Retangular selection tool to make a selection around the text * Chose a color you like using the color picker (or press D key for black) * Edit > Stroke (experiment with width, until you get the size you want)

Danny, Thanks for the info. This helps somewhat. Now all I have to do is figure on how not to blank out the text when I run my cursor over it in Preview mode.
