CS3 Dual Monitors

How can I move all the palettes to a second monitor? I am able to drag individual windows, but not the "well" (if that’s the right term) itself. This was easy in CS2.

….never mind. I found that I could drag all the individual windows to the second monitor and then "reassemble" them into groups. The toolbar was the final mystery click-hold on Ps at the top let me haul it to the other monitor.
