I’m using the latest upgrade (7.01) of Photoshop 7 on Windows XP and when I open Photoshop’s file browser, the tree structure is missing except for one unmarked folder. Clicking on the folder, you discover that it’s associated with the desktop as the desktop’s contents load in the right-hand-side panes of the file browser. I cannot view any other folder in the tree structure pane.

Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Much thanks!

Personally I prefer the folder/content view as opposed to directory tree on the principle of preferring to avoid duplication

But – hey – that’s plain and ordinarily my view Windows Explorer provides a sufficient directory tree for me 🙂
