If you use RAW format on your digital camera, you can correct for chromatic abberration in the ‘expert mode’ of the CameraRAW converter.

You can check out the free program panorama tools.
Does this as well as fixing barrel or pincushing distortion. Can be used standalone or as a photoshop plugin.

Various actions around, but no chrom abb. is the same, so it’s a pretty useless ‘feature’ IMO. About as useful as auto levels.
