wide screen image with photoshop 7

I froze a 16X9 widescreen from adobe Premiere using my XL-2 camcorder, but when I open it in Photoshop 7, the image in squeezed, how do I make it look widescreen in photoshop.

In CS2 it’s under Image –> Pixel Aspect Ratio
