Hi!
Our company is looking for freelance sprite creator/designer.
We are looking for an experienced person with portfolio to show.
The kind of sprite quality/type we are looking for is the one as in commercial games such as Civilisation III and alike. One should also be able to create images/sprites based on real-world objects (from a photograph).
Responsibilities include entire workflow, from sketching to finishing the sprite.
I’m looking for info such as availability, costs per man-hour, and work dynamics.
