not after save and close, no. only way to do so is from the history palette when the file is still open.

Depends upon how you save it and how long your history record is. As a psd I believe that’s possible.

EDIT: dave, after you open it again, can’t you just click on the history thing.

OH! better yet, work on a copy of the original.

Not exactly as it was. You can try and colorize it, but it won’t be easy.

You have to use the brush tool in color mode or select each individual object in the image and use Hue/Saturation with colorize checked.

That’s the only way I can think of.

Simple answer. No, sorry if you have closed the image, i hope you have a copy of the original. If you don’t it is a good habit to acquire
