I have a picture a friend sent to me but the image had been blurred. How do you un blur an image so that you can see it and make it out?

Play with the unsharp mask under Filters.

You can play with Filters>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask, but there is little youcan do to really restore sharpness when dealing with an inferior image to start with.

Well, yes, but he may as well play with it a bit. I didn’t guarantee that it would work. I was just happy to have known an answer off the top of my head! 🙂
