Dear people, can anyone help, with an action or any other means that is capable of batch transforming images/pictures so that they look like they were airbrushed or have an airbrush effect?

For a very effective, albeit non-PS solution, check out responses to your post in other PS NG.

You sure you spelled that right???

Try using the Blur Tool set low and swept over the edges or a little Gaussian Blur overall.
