LCD monitor recommendations ?

I will buy a 17” or 19” LCD monitor for a dual configuration. The other one will be CRT. Since i will have the CRT for my images, i think i don’t need the state-of-art LCDs.

The LCD will be used mainly for daily work, internet browsing, photoshop menus and video editing (timeline, storyboard).

From what i’ve searched it seems the best option would be the Iiyama ProLite E431S. Any bargain around Us$ 500 ? Size between 17” and 19”.

What do you think ?
