7.0, HOW DO I BLUR OR MASK THE FACIAL IDENTITY?

Easiest thing to do is to use a Selection Tool, i.e. Lasso, Marquee, to get the size of the area that you wish to blur. Once Selected, Filter>Blur (you can do Gaussian, Blur, Blur More, as suits you). Save. Remember that you cannot undo this, from a Saved file, only while it is still open using History.
