What’s the delay with CS upgrade

Hi all, I placed an order to upgrade PS7 to PS CS about 4 weeks ago, and Adobe tells me it’s at least another 2 weeks away. Is this happening all around the world, or just in Australia?

Hell, I want to know what the hold up is with a patch for CS. There are a few really annoying bugs, no show stoppers but annoying none the less. The one that gets me the most is that when you record an action with a save, save as or save for web command it doesn’t remember the directory where you saved. So if you use save for web in say a thumbnail action for web design and you run that action a couple of times each time you have to browse to the proper folder for someplace high up in he directory structure. In Photoshop 7 once you went to that folder you could run that action again and again and it would default to the last folder. At least until you shut down Photoshop.
