Go to http://www.photoshopuser.com and join the NAPP. You have access to tutorials (video and other) by some of the industry’s leading designers (Bert Monroy, Taz Tally, and Dave Cross just to name a few). Plus you get Photoshop User mag — you may be able to find it at Barnes & Noble. It is a great organization (accredited) and I have been a member since 2001.
