My company uses Adobe Active X controls to go from Custom Software to Adobe Photoshop. It also uses the Active X controls to go from the Custom Software to Acrobat Reader.
We use the Active X to Acrobat reader for printing purposes. Our problem is that when we switched to Acrobat Reader 6 we cannot get the Print Range to default to all. When we used Acrobat Reader 5 the Print Range automatically defaults to all. We have upgraded the Active X controls but still cannot get the Print Range to default to all.
I am seeking advice or information on what the problem could be and a possible fix.
regards,
ALDEB
