Windows XP Permission Settings for Photoshop 5.5?

I am having an issue with printing in Photoshop 5.5 using WinXP. When the user attempts to print in PS5.5, they receive the following error:

Error: Could not complete the print command because of disk error.

When I log as admin, I do not have this error, so it appears to be a permissions issue. I can’t seem to find what file/set of files the print command needs read/write access to.

Has anyone had this problem before or have a solution? TIA.

There was a knowledgebase article about this specific problem, but I’m afraid I can’t find it.

IIRC the user must have permissions for the Kodak ICC’s

MacBook Pro 16” Mockups 🔥

– in 4 materials (clay versions included)

– 12 scenes

– 48 MacBook Pro 16″ mockups

– 6000 x 4500 px
