W32.Spybot.Worm and Photoshop7 on PC-ME system

This worm has been removed from our system, but we can not save or save as in Photoshop7 on an ME system. I uninstalled Photoshop 7 and tried to reinstall from my disk, but the program will not open. It does not recognize me as the licensed person (which I am). Any suggestions or experience with this program. I have also Illustrator10, In Design 2, etc.
