Missing Tool in CS: Edge Highlighter Tool

My CS does not have the Edge Highlighter Tool! Is there a recent update or patch for CS that corrects this situation? Why would my copy of CS be missing some of the tools?

Bill,

If I understand you correctly, the highlighter tool you are referring to is in the filter menu either through extract or liquify.

(Same place it was in my first experience with PS–version 7.)

Thanks Patty. I found it there. I was expecting any tool to be on the main tool palette.
